Looking to refresh an existing, furnished property without spending a fortune? Our Rental Refresh Consultation advises you on the highest return investments to increase your nightly rates and guest bookings.
We will spend a productive 1-2 hours previewing your property and will provide recommendations to maximize target guest appeal, including suggested amenities, lighting, furniture placement/sourcing, paint colors and essentials shopping lists.

TURNKEY CONCIERGE FULL DESIGN SERVICES
Perfect for the investor, busy host, or remote property owner who needs everything from planning to receiving to install and styling executed for them. Truly turnkey service means we take care of all the details so you can relax and collect the rent.
We first create design concept boards for your space. Once design direction is approved, we do all the purchasing, receiving, unpacking, inspection, delivery, returns, install and styling for a complete home makeover reveal. This package covers all of the photographic visual elements for the rental.
