PARC Staging brings many years of real estate and interior design experience to the table, resulting in an acute understanding of how to best prepare a property to sell. We focus on maximizing spaces and highlighting the home's best features creating a clean and polished look to ensure a buyer will see the home’s full potential.  Founded in 2007 by Kendra Nicholas Nash of Nash Design Group, PARC Staging was purchased by Kelly Kirk in 2021.
Kelly Kirk PARC Staging 
Kelly Kirk has a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and over 30 years of experience.  As the daughter of a custom home builder and a top producing realtor, Kelly discovered her passion for interior design at a young age. She began her career designing and staging model homes for developers on the East coast and since then has designed homes for clients in the Bay Area, Hawaii, North Carolina, Arizona, and Florida. Kelly also has extensive sales and business development experience representing some of the most respected brands in the design industry.
